When Will We Learn?

Revelation 2:5

“Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen,
and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.” 

When will we finally begin to understand that man is nothing, that no mortal man can save us or this country? When will we let it sink into our minds and hearts that only the Lord can save us? When will we stop depending on flawed human beings in power to be our advocates - men who, because of power and position, are where they are?

Here is a painful truth: Embracing sin and leaning on the arm of flesh by placing other "gods" before THE GOD has caused Him to remove the candlestick from its place, leaving us in darkness to the point that most cannot see Him. For many, the light of charismatic Babylon shines far brighter at the moment. 

OUR ONLY HOP HOPE IS IN CHRIST. PERIOD.
